Error message "The app can’t run on your PC"
Try the following steps:
- Access the C:\Program Files (x86)\[YourBrandName]
- Right-click on the launcher.exe and click on Properties
- Go to Compatibility tab
- As seen below, check the box next to 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:'.
- Then press the drop-down menu, and select 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'.
- Check the box next to 'Run this program as an administrator'.
- Click OK and run the client again
