Declined Withdrawals UK

We cannot cancel withdrawals for UK players under current UKGC guidelines these amounts are being 'held' by the cashier.

If you have had a withdrawal cancelled, our cashier department is contacting players and asking for a different method of payment so the withdrawal can be processed to that.

Funds will not be returned to the player's account (as this breaches the UKGC guideline)

This usually occurs when the withdrawal method on the account is no longer valid eg Card has expired or been reported lost/stolen or the e-wallet account has been closed
