Please ensure no symbols are included in your account details, including username and address details.

If you’re situated in an abode with an accent or other grammatical symbol in its name, please remove this to ensure your account details are accepted by the system.

Additionally, sometimes an incorrect email prompt instead refers to a PW which does not conflate with requirements. [email protected] can provide a temporary PW to circumvent this problem upon request.

Passwords must contain 12 characters, a mix of numbers, capital letters and symbols.
