Duplicate Card Transactions

To ensure the security of each transaction, our payment service observes a two-step scheme.

Whereas, an authorization request will be made to check if you indeed carry sufficient balance to make this transaction. 

Once verified, the payment service will proceed to make an authorization then place a claim for that specific transaction. 

It is important to note that under any circumstances, we can only place ONE claim per transaction.

The initial authorization made (to verify sufficient funds) which was NOT claimed, will be released to you within 10 business days.

Should you fail to receive this still, please contact [email protected] and request for the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number).

You should be able to receive your delayed funds with the provided ARN accordingly.
