What is Honeymoon for Newcomers?
Honeymoon is a promotion offered to all new players (where applicable under local regulations) who create an account on GGPoker.
It is designed to give you a tour of all the games and features that GGPoker has to offer, whilst giving you some rewards along the way.

Do I have to participate?
No, Honeymoon participation is completely optional and even when started there is no obligation to continue attempting missions.

How do I opt-in to the Honeymoon promotion?
When you create your account there is a button on the client 'Start Honeymoon' click this and your Honeymoon has started.
What happens when I opt in?
You will be presented with a mission or task, this must be completed before the daily timer runs out.
Successful completion will be recorded on your progress chart

How long does the Honeymoon promotion last?
Players who opt-in will be offered missions/tasks every day for the next 30 days.

Can I opt-in whenever I want?
You can, but you only have 30 days from when you first create your account to start your Honeymoon, after this time it will no longer be available.
Please note that the Honeymoon promotion cannot be reset/restarted after the 30 days have passed.

When does a 'day' run from and to?
Honeymoon days start at 00:00 UTC and end at 23:59 UTC

I opted in but I didn't get 24 hours to complete my first mission, why is this?
A day runs from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC, when you opt-in your 1st day will be from the time you Opt-in until 23:59 UTC. At which time Day 2 will begin with a new mission.

I didn't start my Honeymoon within the first 30 days, can it be manually reset?
No, all players have the first 30 days to start to cover any regulatory requirements that they may face, so we are not able to restart this promotion

It says on the webpage that missions will be 'easy' is this true?
Yes, however as the value of prizes goes up missions may become more challenging, however, they will all be simple to understand and complete.

I'm not able to play on a particular day, can I try that mission again tomorrow?
No, once started you are not able to pause the Honeymoon promotion, you can skip today's mission however this will count as a failed mission, however, you will get a new mission to complete the next day at 00:00 UTC

What are the rewards I can get for completing missions?
The table below shows the current rewards for this promotion, rewards are cumulative and will be credited automatically when you have completed the required number of missions: How long are reward tickets valid?
All ticket prizes awarded by the Honeymoon promotion are valid for 7 days from the moment of issue.

If one of my reward tickets expires can I get a replacement
No, tickets that have expired will have no value.

I won a ticket but it says there are no tournaments available for this ticket, why is that?
There may be rare occasions where due to a big conflicting event the Global MILLION$ or Omaholic Bounty MILLION$ is not running for that week.
In this case please email your local support team and they can assist.

Can I use any game to complete any mission?
No, all missions will specify the game they need to be completed in, please be careful as they are very specific and playing the wrong game will result in your mission not being completed.
Example: Play 50 hands of Hold'em
This mission can only be completed within the Hold'em tab, Rush & Cash Hold'em games will not count.

How can I be sure I am using the right game type?
Each 'Game Type' corresponds to a tab on the GGPoker client,
For example, if the mission Hold'em you must complete this in the 'Hold'em' tab, playing Texas Holdem in any other tab will not count towards mission completion.

My mission game type is 'Hold'em', what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any Hold'em tables under the Hold'em tab on the GGPoker client, Playing 'Texas Holdem' in other tabs will not count towards mission completion
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion

My mission game type is 'All-In Or Fold' - Sit & Go What games can I play to complete this mission?
You can find these games in the All-in or Fold tab, please choose Sit & Go games as playing in All-in or Fold cash games will not count for this mission.
You can play either Hold'em or Omaha Sit & Go games
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion

My mission game type is 'PLO' what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play on any PLO tables under the 'PLO' tab on the GGPoker client, playing 'Omaha' in other tabs will not count towards mission completion.
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion.

My mission game type is 'Spin & Gold', what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any games under the 'Spin & Gold' tab on the GGPoker client,
Please check the mission rules as there may be different rules for 3-max and 6-max tables, and ensure you select the desired game type.

My Mission game type is 'Short Deck', what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any games under the 'Short Deck' tab on the GGPoker client, playing 'Short Deck' games in other tabs will not count towards mission completion.

My mission game type is 'AoF Holdem', what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any All-In Or Fold cash games under the 'All-in or Fold' tab on the GGPoker client. Playing All-in or Fold Sit n go games will not count towards mission completion.
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion.

My mission game type is 'AoF PLO', what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any All-In Or Fold cash games under the 'All-in or Fold' tab on the GGPoker client. Playing All-in or Fold Sit & Go games will not count towards mission completion.
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion.

My mission game type is 'Tournament' what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play the tournaments listed under the 'tournament' tab on the GGPoker client.
Satellites will not count towards completing any mission where a game type is 'tournament'.
A specific tournament type may be stated, for example 'Play in a Daily Hyper' or 'Play in a Bounty Hunters event, where a specific type is stated all tournaments of this format are eligible.
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion.
NB: Missions that involve playing in tournaments will only mark as complete when the tournament concludes, not when a player is eliminated. If this time is after the honeymoon timer for that day has expired, this will not count towards mission completion.

My mission game type is 'Rush & Cash' what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any games listed under the 'Rush & Cash' tab on the GGPoker client.
Unless it specifies a variant, both Holdem and PLO games will count towards the completion of this mission.
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion.

My mission game type is 'Battle Royale' what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any events listed under the 'Battle Royale' tab in the GGPoker client.
All buy-in levels can be utilised for mission completion.

My mission game type is 'Flip & Go' what games can I play to complete this mission?
You can play any events listed under the 'Flip & Go tab in the GGPoker client.

When playing in cash-based games to complete a mission, can I play at any blind level?
Yes, there are no rules regarding which level you play at so please choose a level you feel comfortable playing and that suits your funds/intended deposits.

When playing in cash-based games to complete a mission, do I have to use both hole cards?
No, but you must use at least 1 hole card in Holdem/Short Deck games, you cannot complete missions by 'playing the board'.

When playing cash-based games to complete a mission, can I Run It Multiple Times?
No, unless the mission specifies running the board two/three times.

How will I know when a mission has been completed?
A pop-up will appear on the screen confirming mission completion and you can also check in your 'my promo' section. Each successful mission will be represented by a heart emoji. This may take a few moments to update.

I played in a tournament as my mission said, but it said I failed. Why is this?
All missions must be completed before the timer runs out, in the case of tournaments, it will only register as complete once the entire tournament finishes, please take this into consideration if your mission is to compete in a tournament.

Are there any tournament types that I cannot use to complete a mission?
Yes, Satellites, T$ Builders and any private tournaments are not eligible, Please check the details of the mission carefully as it will specify any rules that need to be followed.

I think I completed a mission but it's saying I failed, is there anywhere I can check?
You can check your play history in Pokercraft. Please be aware that the Honeymoon mission timer is in UTC so this may be different from your local time which will be displayed in PokerCraft.
If you are still unsure you can contact your local support team for assistance. Please include the mission number or screenshot of the mission for swift assistance.

If the site goes down for maintenance, do I get extra time to complete my mission?
This will depend on the length of time the site is unavailable, GGPoker has sole and absolute discretion for issuing ‘Bonus Days’ due to foreseeable and unforeseeable events that may interfere with missions.

If I miss a day, does that mean I cannot continue with the promotion?
No, you can continue to play and win more prizes. You would just be ineligible for the prize for completing 30 missions.

Is the same Honeymoon mission given to all players, or randomized individually?
All players will attempt the same mission on the same day of the promotion, however, there may be variations depending on a player's location or special events that may be happening.

What are some sample Honeymoon missions?
Players may be asked to complete a number of hands at a certain game, be dealt a specific hand, or play in a specific tournament type.

My mission today is to win a tournament, can I play in a satellite?
No, however, you can play in any format of that tournament, if you prefer a shorter event, for example, Hyper-Turbo and Speed Racer events would also be deemed eligible events for completion.

Honeymoon - Will making a withdrawal end my Honeymoon promotion?
No, a withdrawal during the Honeymoon period will not affect this promotion.
However, a withdrawal may affect your Welcome Bonus.

Terms and conditions

Players must be aged 18 and above to participate in this promotion.
This promotion, Honeymoon for Newcomers (hereinafter, ‘Honeymoon’) is limited to accounts created after 00:00, January 1st, 2019 (PT).
Begin by pressing ‘Start Honeymoon’ on your Honeymoon page to participate. Regardless of the time of login, the date on which the player logs in for the first time will be considered their first day. Players will be given time up to the Thirtieth (30th) day to start the Honeymoon.
Eligible players must manually start the Honeymoon by pressing ‘Start Honeymoon’ before 23:59:59 of their Thirtieth day. Failing to start within the allotted time period will result in expiration.
Certain missions require a tournament to finish before the mission is ticked complete.
Example: If your mission is playing a Bounty Hunters tournament, the mission will only complete when the tournament finishes fully.
Please note that if the event finishes after the day’s completion window closes at midnight UTC, the event will NOT count as successful completion.
Players will no longer be eligible for the Honeymoon once it has expired.
Missions can only be completed with the main pot, unless specified otherwise.
Missions can only be completed by running the board once, unless specified otherwise.
Missions regarding tournaments can only be completed if the tournament ends before mission resets.
Missions cannot be completed by playing in private tournaments of any kind, unless specified otherwise.
Missions cannot be completed by playing in satellite events, unless specified otherwise.
Missions will be based on the UTC time zone. A day starts at 00:00 and ends at 23:59.
At least one hole card must be used for Hold’em and AoF Hold’em missions.
Rewards will be instantly credited to the player’s account as claimed.
Tickets claimed from rewards will be valid for 1 week.
The promoter has sole and absolute discretion for issuing ‘Bonus Days’ due to foreseeable events that may interfere with missions.
