Hold'em - Third Blind Tables - How do Third Blind tables work?

Third Blind tables run like regular Hold’em tables with the addition of a Third Blind.

All players dealt into the hand will pay an ante, equivalent to the small blind

Action will then proceed with the player to the left of the Third Blind.
