Customer Support - How can I verify my email address?

Please follow these steps based on your device type:

Desktop -

1. Open the GGPoker client

2. Click on your avatar and then "My Account"

3. Under settings, click on "My Info"

4. Enter your email address

5. Shortly after Step 4, you will receive an email to your registered email address. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

Mobile -

1. Open the GGPoker app

2. Tap on 'Me'

3. Tap on 'My info'

4. Tap on 'My account'

5. Enter your email address

6. Shortly after Step 4, you will receive an email to your registered email address. Follow the instructions to complete the process
